Exchange Policy
1-Week Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges are not available after this period.
Exchange Only - No Returns
We offer exchanges only - no refunds or returns. You may exchange your item for a different size.
Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Clean with no signs of wear, scuffs, or damage
- Complete with original packaging, tags, and dust bags (if included)
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone
- Provide your order number and reason for exchange
- Wait for our exchange authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back using our provided return label
