1-Week Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges are not available after this period.

Exchange Only - No Returns

We offer exchanges only - no refunds or returns. You may exchange your item for a different size.

Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• Clean with no signs of wear, scuffs, or damage
• Complete with original packaging, tags, and dust bags (if included)
• Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone
2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange
3. Wait for our exchange authorization and instructions
4. Ship the item back using our provided return label
